A simple way to reduce the risk of Alzheimers

CBS NEWS - Just about any physical activity can reduce the risk of Alzheimers Disease. That's according to researchers at UCLA and the University of Pittsburgh who found aerobic activities like walking, gardening or dancing can improve brain volume and reduce the chances of developing Alzheimers by up to 50 percent.
