    A Greenville woman is accused of attempted murder and willful neglect after police say she dumped her newborn son in a trash can moments after giving birth.     Just after 11:30 Tuesday morning a beach walker spotted a body on the beach and called authorities. Murrells Inlet Garden City Fire was notified by Georgetown County Sheriffs’s Office. Assistant Chief J.R. Haney with MIGCF tells News13 there's no word whether it's a man or a woman or how the person died. At this point point, there'salso no details if it was a natural death or foul play.News13 will bring you updates asthey become available.

All Horry County offices, other than public safety operations, will be closed on Thursday and Friday in observance of Thanksgiving.  Regular courts may be in operation in the Horry County Government & Justice Center and all jurors, witnesses, etc. will be required to be present.

The Horry County Museum, located at 438 Main Street in Conway, and the LW Paul Living History Farm, located at 2279 Harris Shortcut Road in Conway, will be closed on Saturday. They will resume normal operations the following Tuesday, November 29.
