The North Myrtle Beach Police charged three men and one woman in a sexual assault case involving an 18-year-old girl in a hot-tub in North Myrtle Beach, according to a police report.
Holden Dove, 21 years old, and Shane Cook, 22 years old, were charged with criminal sexual conduct in the third degree on Monday afternoon, according to authorities. Cook was released on $30,000 bail the same afternoon. Dove was released on $10,000 bail, also Monday afternoon.
Amanda Carter, 24 years old, and Adar Uzan, 18 years old, were also charged in the case.
Carter was booked Monday on charges of obstructing justice and was released the same afternoon on $10,000 bail. Uzan was booked Monday on charges of hindering and obstruction of law enforcement. Uzan has not yet been released.
According to the incident report, the victim was invited to a pool party by Dove on Saturday, Jan. 12 around 1:30 pm.
She followed Dove to a house on Waterway Drive.
The victim said when she arrived three male subjects were present at the house, which features a pool, boat lift on the Intercoastal Waterway and a hot tub.
The victim stated she waited for about an hour for the hot tub to be cleaned out by the three suspects.
The report also said the victim was offered beer, and an unknown type of peach alcoholic beverage which she consumed.
She said that shortly after, she was in the hot tub kissing Dove and he was rubbing on her inner thigh. The victim stated that Cook was asking her about previous sexual experiences while the three of them were in the hot tub.
The victim said she told Dove and Cook that she was "not this type of girl," and did not do things like this in the hot tub.
The report said Dove began touching the victim and having sexual intercourse with her. The victim said she believes she said no, but was not sure if she was heard due to her feeling "fuzzy and tingly."
The victim stated that at the time, Cook and Dove were having intercourse with her.
The victim said she tried to tell the men to quit.
The report states that Cook and Dove stopped. The victim said the men began telling her she was ok and nothing bad happened to her.
The victim asked for her car keys, she said Cook and Dove told her she did not need to drive. The men then offered her pizza, which she ate after the incident, the report said.
The report states the victim was able to find her phone and lock herself in the bathroom to text a friend to come pick her up from the residence.
The victim said she found her keys, and ran out of the house looking for her car, which she said "someone" moved up the street to a secluded area.
The victim ran down the street where a neighbor came to her assistance and called police, the report said.
