Darlington County Coroner J Todd Hardee identified the four children as Myasia Hawkins and her twin sister, Kynasia Hawkins, ten months old, their brother, Delonta Dixon 4-years-old and another brother, Camaron Mason 2-years-old all of Hartsville.

Autopsy results show that all the children died from smoke inhalation. The mother has been identified as Hope Hawkins.

According to first responders, the mother of the children was on the lawn when they arrived.

The incident happened around 1:45 p.m. and as of 3 p.m. units were still on the scene of the blaze, according to Darlington County Fire officials.

The single wide mobile home was engulfed in flames when fire crews first arrived.

Russell Cox, spokesman for the city of Hartsville, confirmed that the bodies of 4 children were found inside the burned house.

Cox said it took crews about 10 minutes to put out the blaze. The road leading to the home was blocked by rescue crews, but a group gathered at a church on the same street.

Many of those folks had tears in their eyes as they learn of the deaths of the children.

According to the family, the funeral for the four children is scheduled for Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. The location has not been determined. Young and Young Funeral Home is handling the service.
