    34 people were arrested on a variety of charges at a concert at House of Blues in North Myrtle Beach on Thursday night, officials said. North Myrtle Beach Police are still processing reports from the event, which was a concert by a group called “I'm Shmacked.”

ORANGEBURG, S.C. (AP) - Orangeburg County sheriff's deputies say a homeowner shot and killed a man who broke into a home. 

Sheriff Leroy Ravenell says 21-year-old DeShawn Randolph used a shovel to break a back window of a home near Orangeburg around 11 p.m. Sunday. 

Deputies say the homeowner grabbed a gun and shot down the hallway. Randolph was struck and died from his wounds. 

An autopsy was planned Tuesday. 

No charges have been filed against the homeowner.
