Grand Strand Regional Medical Center sponsors "Camp Air Waves."

It's a week long campaign for children who suffer from asthma or diabetes.

Among other things, each day the children will learn about their medications and take a field trip.

Tuesday, the kids went to Bass Pro Shop in Myrtle Beach, where they took part in scavenger hunts and archery.

This is the 15th year for the camp.

The goal is to provide a regular camp experience for children with certain illnesses.
