FLORENCE, S.C. (WBTW) -

Florence Police charged two women this week in an undercover prostitution bust.

Monday, investigators arrested 23-year-old Felicia Stafford of Fairfield Circle, Florence, on five charges, including prostitution and an offense relating to child support.

Wednesday, investigators arrested 24-year-old Cierra Hairston of Rim Drive, Hartsville, on two charges, including prostitution and drug possession.

Florence Police Maj. Carlos Raines said the women were advertising over the internet, and then would make arrangements over the web, to meet up with men at area hotels.

Raines said the offers of sexual services were made in exchange for money, and that's when investigators arrested the women and charged them with prostitution.

As of early Friday afternoon, Stafford remained behind bars at the Florence County Detention Center.

Hairston bonded out of the facility on Thursday.
