(WBTW) - The City of Mullins Police Department investigates a stabbing death that happened Saturday night.Marion County Coroner Jerry Richardson says Raymond Legette, of Mullins, died at Carolinas Hospital, in Marion, around 8:45 p.m. Richardson says Legette was stabbed.He says Legette's wife witnessed the stabbing and the suspect has been arrested.

The Florence County Coroner's Office has not released the victim's name.

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -

Horry County Police say a teenaged boy raped a girl who was vacationing at a campground at near the beach with her family.

The teen was a stranger to the 12-year-old girl, who was sexually assaulted near the Lakewood Campground, police said.

The incident happened around 1 am on Tuesday morning after the girl disappeared on the beach.

Cedrick Devante Livingston, age 17, of S. Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach was charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

The girl was apparently walking from meeting a friend at the Myrtle Beach Resort when she was assaulted, police said.

The incident also apparently took place in the suspect's room, which the victim lead police to after the incident.

The suspect was taken to J. Reuben Long Detention Center.

As of Wednesday evening Livingston was still being held at the jail under a $10,000 bond.
