FLORENCE COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -

Florence County Councilman, Mitchell Kirby will have to stand before the South Carolina Ethics Commission after it says he failed to file an Initial Campaign Disclosure Report (1 count) in 2012, failed to file a Pre-Election Campaign Disclosure reports (2 counts), failed to file Quarterly Campaign Disclosure Report (3 counts).

The hearing is scheduled for November 20, 2013 at 12:30 in suite 250 located at 5000 Thurmond Mall in Columbia, S. C.

According to the ethics commission Kirby was elected to the Florence County Council in January of 2009.
