Dogs sniffed the car and detected narcotics inside. Deputies searched the car and found 47 soda bottles in the backseat that were filled with a liquid that tested positive for liquid methamphetamine. The bottles weighed approximately 81 pounds with an estimated street value of $10 million.

Carmona was charged with trafficking methamphetamine by transportation, trafficking methamphetamine by possession, conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine, maintaining controlled substance in a vehicle and was also served with an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.
