LYNCHBURG, Va. -

Lynchburg Police say they've identified a man who is suspected of taking cell phone video up someone's skirt at Kroger.

Police responded February 4th about 5:15 p.m. to Kroger at 7805 Timberlake Road (in the City of Lynchburg) for a subject videotaping under a female's skirt.  

Upon their arrival they were advised by the Kroger Staff that a male had been seen on their surveillance system using his cell phone to videotape under a female's skirt and then left the store possibly in a dark colored Mazda RX8.  

Police say Friday, February 21st the suspect was identified. 

The case is still under investigation and ongoing and there are no criminal charges at this point in time.
