
Aundrea Gibbons joined the News13 team in May 2023.
She graduated from Clemson University with a double bachelor’s degree in philosophy and communication.
Aundrea was born and raised in Marion, where she attended Marion High School. She graduated as a salutatorian of her 2019 class and was voted most likely to succeed by her peers.
During her time at Clemson, Aundrea worked as a media intern for the university’s Global Black Studies Department, the Woodland Cemetery Historic Preservation Project, and the College of Architecture, Arts and Humanities. She was also a broadcast fellow at WYFF News 4 in Greenville for two summers.
In her free time, Aundrea enjoys listening to music, binge-watching tv shows, and spending time with family and friends. Aundrea is also an artist who can paint, draw, and sculpt.
When asked what she most looks forward to during her time at WBTW Aundrea said, “Getting to meet as many people in the Pee Dee as possible because we are all family.”
