HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) – Horry County Police are investigating after one person was injured during a shooting outside of Myrtle Beach.
Police say the shooting happened off Waccamaw Blvd. around 11:30 p.m.
Robert Glenn Moore, 29, of Fayetteville, Georgia, was arrested Thursday in connection with the shooting. He’s charged with unlawful carrying of a pistol.
Police responded to Magoos and found a victim with a gunshot wound to the stomach. Moore had already left the scene, police said.
A witness told police there was a verbal argument outside when Moore shot the victim, according to police.
Moore and a female were found down the road and both were detained, according to the police report. The female’s name has not been released.
Police found a handgun wedged between the driver seat and the center console and a magazine in the center console, according to the police report.

Moore is held at J. Reuben Long Detention Center on a $1,000 bond.
