Jury selection wraps up in trial of Marion homicide suspect

MARION COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Jury selection wrapped up Monday in the trial of a Marion homicide suspect, according to 12th Circuit Solicitor Ed Clements.

David Melvin Graves was arrested and charged in December 2019 in the death of Wanda Jean Lewis Reaves, 38, of Mullins. Reaves was allegedly stabbed to death by Graves on Pat Mar Square in Mullins, according to officials.

He was charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
