Sheriff: Car break-ins a problem in Darlington County; residents asked to secure belongings

DARLINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) – A rash of car break-ins has prompted the Darlington County sheriff to ask residents to make sure belongings in their vehicles are secured.

Sheriff James Hudson said the break-ins have occurred across the county but did not provide any additional details. He also said any valuable personal items should not be left in a a vehicle.
