Coroner’s office identifies man killed in crash on Pee Dee Highway

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — The coroner’s office has identified the man killed in a crash Saturday on Pee Dee Highway.

Jeremy Gore, 36, of Conway, died after his Jeep ran off the road and struck a tree, according to officials. He died on scene due to multiple traumatic injuries, Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard said.

Troopers say it happened about 4:15 Saturday afternoon along Pee Dee Highway in Horry County.

Gore was the only person in the car and was not wearing a seatbelt.
