CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – After three decades of service to the area, Horry County’s emergency management director is retiring.

Randy Webster confirmed his upcoming retirement to News13 on Monday evening. Webster says his last day with Horry County will be July 31.

Webster says he will be pursuing new opportunities within the immediate area, but did not elaborate on what those opportunities would be in emergency management.
