Horry County police: GA man charged with murder in disappearance of Timothy Buckley

CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – Horry County police say one man has been charged with murder in connection to the body found last week on Rodeo Drive.

Timothy F. Buckley was reported missing on Sept. 30.  and his remains were found in a field off of Rodeo Drive on Nov. 10.

According to Lt Raul Denis with Horry County police, Johnathan Lamar Hillary, 29, of Augusta, Georgia was charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime

Bernithia Young, 33, of Atlanta, Georgia, was also charged alongside Hillary with accessory after the fact to a felony murder.

Denis says both suspects have been taken into custody in Atlanta, Georgia and will be extradited accordingly.
