McLeod Health Red Heart lunches

LITTLE RIVER, SC – McLeod Health is offering a free healthy heart lunch and seminar at McLeod Health Carolina Forest, McLeod Health Loris and McLeod Health Seacoast in honor of the American Heart Association National “Go Red for Women” Day on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 12:00pm.

The program will feature Cardiologist, Vaishali Swami, MD, speaking at McLeod Seacoast, and Cardiologist, Gavin Leask, MD, speaking at McLeod Health Loris, both of McLeod Cardiology Associates. Vascular Surgeon, Christopher Cunningham, MD of McLeod Vascular Associates will speak at McLeod Health Carolina Forest. Each physician will discuss heart health, risks for developing heart disease, and preventive measures that can be taken to maintain a healthy heart. Heart disease is the number one killer of women.

Many women die each year because they are unaware of the signs and symptoms of heart disease. Join us to find out how lives can be saved.
