Fiery crash causes delays on Highway 76 in Florence County

FLORENCE COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A fiery crash is caused delays Thursday evening on Highway 76 in Florence County, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.

The crash happened on Highway 76 East near the Pee Dee River bridge, troopers said. Drivers were told to expect delays in the area.

A News13 viewer said he had been stuck in traffic for about a half an hour. At about 7:20 p.m., troopers said the road had reopened.

It’s unclear if there are any injuries in the crash. Count on News13 for updates.
