Marion County employee dies from COVID-19

MARION CO, SC (WBTW) –  A Marion County employee has died from the coronavirus, according to a county official.

Marion County Administrator Tim Harper said on Thursday two other employees previously tested positive for COVID-19, and have since recovered and returned to work.

The name of the employee is not being released for privacy reasons, Harper said.
