Rain will be heavy at times, through the morning, then wind down late in the afternoon. 1-2 inches of rain are expected, with the highest amounts east of I-95. Winds will be from the NE at 20-30mph, and gusts to 40mph are possible along the coast. High temperatures will only be in the low to mid 50s. The storm system will move away tonight with sunshine returning Wednesday, and temperatures returning into the 60s to near 70. It will stay warm through the weekend. A weak front will bring a few showers Friday.
